Who we are

Access to affordable housing opportunities produces stronger communities.

About us

CHP came into existence in October of 1994, as a partnership between eager citizens and local government entities who were on a mission to create, supply and maintain affordable housing for Williamson County residents who are low-income, who are elderly, who have disabilities, and who are workforce families. Since our foundation, we have continually broadened and diversified our approaches to further this mission.

We achieve our mission by:

Developing new single-family units

Developing new multi-family units

Rehabbing existing structures

Providing rental units

Providing homebuyers education

Using grants to assist homeowners with emergency repairs

Assisting individuals experiencing homelessness
